A former nurse turned entrepreneur, Maddie has grown her health business into the top 6% globally — a journey that’s equipped her with precision, scalability, and strategic growth expertise, all grounded in genuine human connection. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, capable presence, she brings a unique blend of care and efficiency to everything she does.

As a virtual assistant, she’s highly tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-focused — known for staying three steps ahead, streamlining systems, and making life easier for the people she supports. Whether it’s managing inboxes, handling data, or coordinating behind the scenes, she approaches every task with clarity, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with Bonnie the puppy in tow, making sourdough, sipping an oat milk matcha vanilla latte (yes, the barista probably hates it), or shaking up a French 75 after 5pm!

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

With a background in law and nearly qualified as a solicitor, Louise brings exceptional organisational and communication skills to her work as a virtual assistant. She’s adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a calm, reliable first point of contact. At Google, she’s thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing her workload with precision, independence, and sound judgment.

Previously, Louise managed a talent agency, juggling multiple clients, creating digital content, and keeping operations smooth and efficient. She’s highly skilled at handling data, turning complex information into clear, actionable insights, and helping businesses stay organised and on-brand.

Proactive, tech-savvy, and discreet, Louise brings initiative, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude to every task.

Outside of work, Louise is a trained West End performer, a proud dog mum to two mischievous labradors, a fan of vanilla lattes — and never says no to a margarita (hold the salt!).

RELATIONSHIPS MANAGER

As The Fold’s beloved (and unofficially in charge) Relationships Manager, Bonnie brings boundless energy, charm, and an unteachable knack for boosting team morale. With a tail-wagging approach to client relations and a nose for good vibes, Bonnie ensures every visitor – virtual or otherwise – feels instantly welcomed.

Known for her strategic deployment of puppy eyes, she can expertly diffuse tension in any room and secure snacks, smiles, and second chances with ease. Whether she’s making an unexpected Zoom appearance or supervising from a sunlit corner, Bonnie's presence is a daily reminder of The Fold’s warm, human (and canine) approach to business.

In short, she’s the heart of the agency, keeping spirits high and relationships paws-itively thriving.
